Xi’an Tengye Metallurgical Engineering Co., Ltd. (TYME) is involved in metallurgical equipment designing, technical researching and developing, manufacturing, installation and commissioning. TYME supplies all types of furnaces including EAF, LF, VD/VOD, and Submerged Arc Furnaces (3200KVA-55000KVA) for Ferroalloy and Induction furnaces (EAF: 0.5t-100t, LF: 8t-160t, IF: 0.5t-50t). In addition to furnaces, TYME provides CCM, rolling mill and relevant spare parts as well.

Based on the Xi’an Metallurgical University, TYME has close cooperation with well-known metallurgical researchers and technicians. TYME enjoys advanced melting processing for different steel and alloy melting, strong designing team for metallurgical equipment with 20 qualified engineers and 200 staff and workers. 

In addition to manufacturing, TYME invites the specialized consultant from home and abroad to develop new product at international level and adheres to the principle of Conscientious, Strict, and Innovation. 
 

  

 

With decades of development, TYME’s branded products are sold to Indonesia, Vietnam, Tajikistan and Iran markets. TYME also maintains good relationship with the engineering company out of China to complete their local EPT projects.

1.National key new product: LF-typed three-phase single- or three-arm ladle refining furnace with capacity of 8~160 tons;

2.Domestic advanced high-impedance and ultra-high power EAF;

3.3200KVA-60000KVA Submerged Arc Furnace for Ferro-Alloy

4.VD, VOD and AOD type vacuum refining furnaces and process systems with capacity of 15~150 tons;

5.Electrode regulating systems of EAF and ladle furnace;

6.National key new product: DW series EAF short network with capacity of 5~160 tons;

7.Patented product: DB series conductive cross arm of EAF with capacity of 10~160 tons; and

8.SL series of large cross-sectioned water-cooled cable suitable for EAF, refining and electric arc furnace.
