Indonisia-based Alu-Zinc production line now under commissioning
Xi'an Tengye Metallurgical Engineering Co., Ltd is here pleased to announce that the phase I Alu-Zinc production line co-undertaken with China Iron and Steel Research Institute (CISRI) has now entered the installation and commissioning stage.
Earlier this month, the contracted equipment and its related accessories were shipped to Surabaya, Indonesia after all the manufacturing work was completed in China.
The owner has very high requirements for the configuration of this production line.
Quality requirements on Alu-Zinc and galvanized products as follows:
1. Product use: high-grade color substrates and building plates, structural steel.
2. Production capacity: an annual output of ≥ 250,000 tons;
3. Product performance and type: Alu-Zinc products: G300, G550; galvanized products: CQ & DQ level;
4. Product Specifications
Width: 600--1250; (mainstream product is 914mm, 1219mm)
Thickness: 0.18--1.2 (products 0.18--0.25 in thickness account for 50%)
5. Total weight of steel coils: ≤ 25000 kg
6. Galvanized coating (GI): Zn (99.6%); Pb (<=0.08%); Al (< 0.2%)
80 g----350 g / m2 both sides; Standard: JIS G3302 or equivalent
Alu-Zinc coating (GL): Zn (43.4%); Si (1.6%); Al (55%)
30~200g / m2 both sides; standard: JIS 3321
7. Surface treatment requirements: among construction materials, the Alu-Zinc products are mainly used as high-grade roofing panels, which require colorless, fingerprint-resistant and color-resistant fingerprint processing; galvanized coating passivation layer treatment (reserve the functional area for color-coated sheet).
8. Product Competitors: the products off this line are competing with the like product from Nippon Steel, CMI, BHP Billiton Ltd, etc.
To satisfy all the requirements of the Owner, Tengye and his partner make great efforts in the design, manufacturing, supervision and test process, and make rapid respond to the Owner for any need or questions in each process.
Due to all these efforts, the feedback from the Owner remains good since the beginning of the commissioning work.
It is learned that the recently signed Phase II project is now the manufacturing phase.
