Tengye conducts manufacturing process node inspection on a Pakistani ESP rolling mill project

In July of this year, Tengye signed an ESP rolling mill housing contract with a foreign customer. According to the contract requirements, Tengye need to provide 18 sets of rolling mill housings for the owner's slab continuous casting and rolling mill based in Pakistan.

Recently, Tengye's inspection team cooperated with a third-party BV inspector to complete all mechanical tests of 18 sets of rolling mill housings and UT and MT flaw detection tests in the manufacturing plant, and the inspection results of all housings were approved as qualified as per test results.

For all general contracting projects undertaken, Tengye strictly implements its engineering process control management and quality control management procedures at all stages of the project. The purpose is to implement effective control of the equipment design, manufacturing and service process to ensure that its quality characteristics meet the specified requirements.

For this project, Tengye adopts a combination of self-inspection and third-party inspection. After the housing blanks are finished in manufacturing, they need to undergo an inspection process including chemical composition identification, mechanical performance testing, UT testing, MT testing, and finishing size review.

In each inspection, the inspection results of the inspected parts are recorded one by one in accordance with the quality inspection process, and reported to the relevant department of Tengye. Meanwhile, the inspection reports, photos and videos of the inspection site are also submitted to the owner to ensure that the owner has the latest inspection information of the contracted product.

After this inspection, all housings will enter the final finishing stage.
