The Technology Review Meeting of Hot Continuous Rolling Mill Project of TYME Smoothly Held

Last week, the technical review meeting of hot continuous rolling mill project of TYME initiated by Tengye went smoothly in Dalian, China, China First Heavy Industries Tianjin Heavy Industries Co., Ltd(CFHI), Design and Research Institute of USTB Co., Ltd (DRI.USTBR), China First Heavy Industry Tianjin Electrical Appliance Automation Co., Ltd. ( TCE) and Beijing Huade Hydraulics Co., Ltd. participated in the meeting and conducted a technical review of the hot continuous rolling mill project with Tengye.

During the entire hot continuous rolling mill project, TYME is responsible for the organization and management of the entire project, FAT and project supervision, plant design and business-related issues, DRI.USTB is responsible for the production process and automation, and the design and commissioning of the drive control system, and CFHI is responsible for the mechanical and Design and manufacture design and commissioning of fluid equipment, TEC is responsible for the manufacture, design and commissioning of electrical system equipment, and Beijing Huade Hydraulics Co., Ltd. is responsible for the manufacture, design and commissioning of hydraulic system equipment for the project. During the meeting, the important topic of this meeting was on detailed communication and strict technical review of the hydraulic system technical aspects of the hot strip rolling project with Beijing Huade Hydraulics Co., Ltd. Through TYME’s organization and coordination of all parties involved in the project’s production, strict supervision and review of technology, product design and manufacturing processes, and active cooperation and coordination with multiple parties to ensure the smooth progress of this hot continuous rolling mill project in all production links.

TYME has rich experience and achievements in metallurgy, steelmaking and ferroalloys. The main products of TYME are steel-making electric arc furnace short-process production lines, ferroalloy production lines and continuous casting and rolling equipment. Since 2010, TYME has built 7 ferroalloy production lines and a 1450mm wide hot continuous rolling mill production line in Middle East.
